For those of you who are members of the MEO Official Forums, you are probably familiar with Alasse_Neharma's wonderful poems summarizing the week in review.  If you are not familiar, I hope you enjoy the new weekly offering Alasse has agreed to let us host.

The DEVs Speak 3/20

There are times that I miss the hills and the mountians in the spring But I'm tired of being a homeless bard, so I’ve come home to sing. T’is every week you will find me here, standing faithful at my Post To sing to you the happenings of which the MEO Forums boast. Now that winter’s gone, spring has come to smile on hill and dale. So walk with me around my new home and I’ll sing to you this tale. This is good, the pubs too quiet since there is not many folks around The town seems empty, maybe too calm, once where we were found.

So everyone, or so it seems, has gone to some other and newer things Such t’is the season’s mild and warm breeze that we discover our wings. Should you wonder how many hours these minutes might add up to, You might ask PoldonAldarion, he’ll have the answer for you! I saw a post on the forum wall about the recent spam affliction so Patience’s changed her mind and has taken away the 50+ post restriction. Now if it’s your desire to have avatar where we can see your inner-elf There’s a small wait of ninety days and then you can reveal yourself.

While I was moving, putting down roots, emptying boxes left and right A new Community Director came into town and I missed out on the sight. He gave a speech and made a joke and told us all how his past began but of all the DEV speeches I’ve ever heard he never said he’s a Tolkien fan! Well, that’s ok, we’ll take our time and fill him with the knowledge of lore, When this time next year comes around, Calandryll will know more than he did before. Zoue’s been digging through old threads hoping for one question’s removal Patience told him how hard they had tried and just couldn’t get the approval

Now in my life I have wandered far and left places without regrets. But to this day, I don’t recall, ever coming to a Massachusetts. Patience says it’s just like Antarctica, they’re both one and the same Humans are so funny sometimes. Why did they give that place two names? M-Dogg you must show some respect to our Beloved Cherub of Moderation Pat was a Saint, Irish I think, and with MEO he had no association. One more thing before I leave, be ready for Patience to come calling should you steal MEO before it’s BETA and retribution will be appalling!
